Blueberry Chia Jam

An 3 ingredients jam with no refined sugar and 100% healthy and delicious; actually, the best alternative to commercial jams. It’s perfect on a toast, as a topping for porridge and yogurt, or you can enjoy it directly with the spoon from the jar!


  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 250 gr fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup


  1. Soak the chia seed for 20 minutes in 5 tablespoons water
  2. Put the blueberries in a pot on a low heat and cook them for 5 minutes, stir gently
  3. Add the chia seeds and the agave syrup, keep cooking for 10 minutes, the blueberries will start breaking and create a lovely smooth texture
  4. Put the jam in a clean glass jar with hermetic lid. Leave it open until the jam is completely cold
  5. Keep the jam in the fridge, it lasts easily for days
