Carrot and Tenderstem Broccoli

This recipe requires very few ingredients but it’s still a tasty side, that can be really good in your rice as well. There are no excuses here, everyone can make it and can find these ingredients 🙂 


  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 pack of Tenderstem Broccoli (around 10 pieces)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon tahini


  1. Slice the carrots and chop the broccoli
  2. In a pan, start cooking the carrots (if you want just use a little bit of coconut oil for the pan)
  3. After 3-4 minutes add the broccoli
  4. Cook on a law heath for about 10 minutes, they need to maintain the shape but be soft and tender
  5. Let them cool down
  6. Add the tahini, mix well
  7. Serve warm or cold, as a side or in the rice 🙂

  • Broccoli can be substituted by courgettes, they work perfectly too
